Fine, of origin 16e century, (realms) monuments building in heart Zutphen, directly behind old cities wall. The building lends self for habitation and work at house, is half free standing and has, next to the main entrance, also a side entrance that has been arranged to make possibly for works at house. General details

Fraai, van oorsprong 16e eeuws, (rijks)monumentenpandje in hartje Zutphen, pal achter oude stadsmuur. Het pand leent zich voor bewoning en werken aan huis, is halfvrijstaand en heeft, naast de hoofdingang, ook een zijingang die eventueel voor werken aan huis geschikt te maken is. Daarnaast, eveneens via een zijingang bereikbaar, een aangrenzende berging met wasmachineaansluiting.
Zeer rustige, autoluwe straat. Op 2 minuten lopen van stadscentrum en 5 minuten van station en overig openbaar vervoer. Het pand verkeert in goede staat en wordt 2-jaarlijks onderzocht door de Monumentenwacht. De rapporten van de inspectie zijn beschikbaar.
Het huis is voor het laatst gerestaureerd in 2001. De benedenverdieping is geschikt als praktijkruimte met apart toilet en mogelijkheid van aparte opgang. Deze ruimte is voorzien van vloerverwarming en massief eiken parket.
De overige verdiepingen (de derde verdieping is een vide in de historische kap) zijn grotendeels voorzien van laminaat. Het woongedeelte bevindt zich op de tweede en derde verdieping. In de woonruimte is de open keuken gesitueerd. De keuken beschikt over alle noodzakelijke inbouw apparatuur (combi-magnetron, afzuikap, electrische oven, keramische kookplaat en koelkast.) Originele middeleeuwse kapconstructie en openhaard in gemarmerde schouw.
Op de eerste verdieping, met authentieke balkenplafonds in alle kamers, bevindt zich een groot balcon met daarop deels een serre met geïsoleerd glas. Het pand is een rijksmonument met mooie authentieke details. Geheel voorzien van cv (2001) en daarnaast vloerverwarming op de begane grond.
